The project
What we did.
We designed and operated a multi-space audiovisual solution for 1,500 attendees across two large tents and a dining area. Nine LED screens, professional sound systems, ambient lighting, and 4K video processing were deployed to support the simultaneous transmission of the live event. Dedicated technical teams managed audio, video, lighting, and operations across all three spaces.
